Tahira Kashyap's directorial debut to be produced by Ellipsis Entertainment, announces Atul Kasbekar

Tahira Kashyap is definitely achieving new highs both professionally and personally. Kashyap, as many would know, is actor Ayushamann Khurrana's wife. Recently, Atul Kasbekar announced that Kashyap would helm an upcoming motion picture for their production house Ellipsis Entertainment, also owned by Tanuj Garg.

The project has been tentatively titled Sharma Ji Ki Beti. Kasbekar confirmed the news by posting on social media. Reports state that the film will feature Madhuri Dixit Nene and Saiyami Kher in pivotal roles.

The filmmaker also praised Tahira's sheer resilience and winning spirit as she was busy celebrating her no-hair look post chemo therapy sessions. Kashyap was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2018 and has been recuperating ever since. She has been quite open in documenting the entire process of recovery by keeping her followers posted on each stage of the treatment.
