Sandeep Reddy Vanga has slammed actress Deepika Padukone after her exit from his upcoming movie Spirit featuring Prabhas. Taking to X, the Animal helmer shared a cryptic tweet. The director didn’t mention Deepika Padukone but slammed her for her ‘dirty PR games’ and revealing some parts of her film’s story.

As a filmmaker, I put years of hard work behind my craft & for me, filmmaking is everything. You didn’t get it. You won’t get it. You will never get it," Vanga wrote.

As per reports, Deepika was removed from Spirit by Sandeep Reddy Vanga due to her demands which included eight-hour workdays, a high salary, and a share in the film’s profit. This didn’t go well with Vanga, which led to her exit from the movie. This would have been her second collaboration with Prabhas after Kalki 2898 AD.
Deepika is now replaced by Triptii Dimri in the movie. Confirming her role, the Animal actress shared on social media, “Still sinking in… So grateful to be trusted with this journey. Thank you @sandeepreddy.vanga… Honoured to be a part of your vision."
