While the breakup rumours of Arjun Kapoor and Malaika Arora have been circulating on social media for quite sometime, the Singham Again star has finally confirmed that they have parted ways. The actor joined the movie cast, including Ajay Devgn, Tiger Shroff, and director Rohit Shetty, at Raj Thackeray’s Diwali bash in Mumbai’s Shivaji Park on Monday and confessed this thing.
During the event, the actor shared about his relationship status and told the crowd, “Abhi single hoon main, relax (Now I am single, relax). ”
Recently Malaika shared a cryptic note on her Instagram stories and urged to lead a balanced life and not let others control their way of living.
“Balance is the key, in everything you do. Dance all night long and practice yoga the next day. Drink wine but don’t forget your green juice. Eat chocolate when your heart wants it and kale salad when your body needs it. Wear high heels on Saturday and walk barefoot on Sunday. Live high and low. Move and stay still. Embrace all sides of who you are,” the note read.
“Be brave, bold, spontaneous and loud and let that complement your abilities and find silence, patience, modesty and peace. Aim for balance. Make your own rules and follow your own path. Don’t let anyone tell you how to live according to theirs,” it added.
Malaika earlier reacted to the situation and said that the internet can be a very toxic space. “I have somehow built a mechanism — or shield, I would say — around me where I don’t let the negativity through anymore. I’ve insulated myself from it. Whether it’s people, a work environment, social media or trolls. The minute I feel that energy, I recoil instantly. It’s something I’ve learned to do over time. It would get to me earlier and I would lose sleep over it. I’d be lying if I said things don’t affect me at all — I’m human too and so I will cry, break down and have all the emotions associated with being trolled. But you’ll never see that in public,” Malla said to Hello Magazine.
