After impressive stint in Maharashtra, Bajirao Singham is now transferred to Jammu & Kashmir as SSP SOG.
In the sensitive location, he gets attacked by militants and while tackling them he encounters terrorist Omar Hafiz (Jackie Shroff). In the interrogation, Omar confesses that he has passed the mission to a person, who is menacing and ruthless and handles his drugs business in Sri Lanka.
And here we see the arrival of deadly villain Zubair Hafiz aka Danger Lanka (Arjun Kapoor), who is Omar’s grandson, who abducts Singham’s wife Avni (Kareena Kapoor Khan) and demands release of his grandfather along with surrender of Sooryavanshi (Akshay Kumar) and Simmba (Ranveer Singh) as the trio is responsible for the killing of his family members (Terrorists).
How will Singham and his team save Avni and beat Danger Lanka? Well, for that you need to watch Singham Again on the big screen.
The fifth installment of Rohit Shetty’s cop universe is a visual spectacle and the director smartly weaves the Ramayana theme and narrative to the storytelling, which makes it compelling, entertainment & a bona-fide blockbusters.
The filmmaker makes sure to give a massy and mega entry to every character including Ajay Devgn, Deepika Padukone (Shakti Shetty), Tiger Shroff (Satya), Ranveer Singh & Akshay Kumar. However, for me the best entry in the movie was of Arjun Kapoor, who ruled the screen.
Talking about the performances, Ajay Devgn once again shows his mettle with his intense & powerful act as he owns the iconic character of Singham. Arjun Kapoor undeniably delivered his best performance till date and Singham Again might turn out to be a game changer for him. Ranveer Singh as our beloved and naught Simmba is a delight on the big screen. His comic timing and camaraderie with Akshay & Ajay is simply superb. Akki nails his cameo with swag & charm. Tiger Shroff impresses with his action-packed avatar while Deepika Padukone’s magnetic screen aura makes a special place in your heart. Ravi Kishan, Shweta Tiwari & Dayanand Shetty play their role to the T.
While action sequences are one the biggest highlights of Singham Again, the thumping BGM deserves a special mention as it elevates the film to another level.
The blockbuster combo of Rohit Shetty and Ajay Devgn has again hit the bullseye and delivered a perfect Diwali entertainer.
