The legendary footballer David Beckham arrived in India for the ICC World Cup semi-final between India and New Zealand, which took place at Wankhede Stadium, Mumbai. Post that we saw Sonam Kapoor hosting a private party for the sports personality at her Mumbai residence along with her husband Anand Ahuja, which was attended by Malaika Arora, Arjun Kapoor, Sanjay Kapoor, Shanaya Kapoor, Maheep Kapoor, Karisma Kapoor, Shahid Kapoor with wife Mira Rajput, Ritesh Sidhwani, Isha Ambani and her sister-in-law Shloka Ambani, and Farhan Akhtar with wife Shibani Akhtar among others.

Beckham left Mumbai in the early hours on Friday as he was papped at the airport. But just before that, he attended a private bash at Shah Rukh Khan’s residence Mannat as he was spotted in his casual look while arriving at actor’s Bandra bungalow. David Beckham was last seen in the Netflix docuseries ‘Beckham’ that showed his ups and downs as a soccer player. On the other hand, Shah Rukh Khan is gearing up for the release of _Dunki_. Directed by Rajkumar Hirani, the film also features Boman Irani, Taapsee Pannu, Vicky Kaushal, Vikram Kochhar, Anil Grover, and starring alongside Shah Rukh Khan. A Jio Studios, Red Chillies Entertainment and Rajkumar Hirani Films presentation, produced by Rajkumar Hirani and Gauri Khan. Written by Abhijat Joshi, Rajkumar Hirani and Kanika Dhillon, Dunki is slated to release this December 2023. The film will lock horns with Prabhas, Shruti Haasan and Prithviraj Sukumaran starrer Salaar at the box office. It is directed by Prashanth Neel.
