For all the Sex and the City fans who have been waiting for news of a revival of the cult 2000s show after Sarah Jessica Parker hinted at one, you are in for a treat for sure. Talkshow host Wendy Williams recently did a segment discussing the rumour that Sex and the City actress Kim Cattrall was in talks with HBO to do a spin-off series in which she’d reprise her iconic role of Samantha Jones.
Kim Cattrall all but confirmed it on Twitter where she let slip that a Sex and the City spin-off could actually be a thing, and that, if so, she’d be returning as our favourite sass mouth PR executive. Fans have been hoping for a _Sex and the City_ _3_ film for absolutely ages , but things are looking increasingly unlikely, even Kim Cattrall herself said that she thought chances of a third instalment going ahead were very slim. But this time it really does seem like we’re going to have one of the Sex and the City ladies return to our screens, and a Samantha Jones comeback is just what we need. Glamour added that Cattrall would not have given even the vaguest hint about the topic if there wasn’t a possibility of it actually happening.
