“School Friends,” a web series, did a fantastic job of portraying school life. Its third season, which is quite intriguing, has been made available on “Amazon MX Player” following the tremendous success of its first and second seasons. Total eighteen episodes, each lasting between eighteen and twenty minutes, this series is packed of comedy and drama.
School Friends Season 3 picks off where Season 2 left off. For whatever reason, Stuti and Anirban split up in the previous season, but it appears that they have reconciled at the start of season 3. However, when 16-year-old social media influencer Yashika (Ashnoor Kaur) joins the KLPD, their relationship gets even more difficult. Over time, Anirban and Yashika’s friendship develops and they begin to get closer. Soon after, Yashika starts dating Anirban, which makes Stuti feel even more insecure and exacerbates the already tense situation. The audience continues to be entertained by the jealousy that develops between Yashika and Stuti. There is a lot of joking, laughter, and hilarity during this time. A thrilling twist marks the series’ conclusion, and season 4 is hinted at.
One may argue that Season 3 of School Friends has struck gold. It moves rather quickly, the speech is from children, and each episode finishes as though time has stopped, in contrast to the two earlier series. The Rusk Studios-produced series’ director, Sahil Verma, deserves praise for crafting a compelling and enjoyable series whose characters, scenes, and dialogues evoke a sense of community in the viewer. In terms of acting, Ashnoor Kaur is adorable in the part of Yashika. She acted naturally and was successful in capturing the audience’s affection with her flair and purity. Manav Soneji, Navika Kotia, Aditya Gupta, Alisha Parveen, and Ansh Pandey have also performed admirably in their roles.
As the audience watches School Friends Season 3, the narrative brings back memories of their school days. Because the audience can relate to the characters, story, and conversation, and because the world seems distinct from what they saw or heard, it is a success.
This series is quite different from the content coming in the name of web series on the OTT platform; it is clean, entertaining, and worth watching. The third season of the web series School Life is not to be missed if you like viewing films and television shows about school or college life. You won’t get bored anywhere and will love every episode, which is a marvel because of the actors’ great acting and careful direction. If you are a fan of this series, then you will also like this season, and if you have not watched the first two seasons of School Days, then you will also like season three, so watch it.
