Say what! Ranbir Kapoor to gift Rs 250 crore bungalow to daughter Raha Kapoor, making her Bollywood's youngest and richest star kid?

Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt’s daughter Raha Kapoor has become paps and everyone’s favourite in a very short time. Recently, Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt and Neetu Kapoor were spotted together at their under-construction bungalow situated in Bandra, Mumbai.

Now as per Bollywoodlife report, the _Animal_ actor ‘will name the bungalow’ in his and Alia’s one-year-old daughter Raha Kapoor’s name, thus making Raha the ‘youngest and richest star kid’ in Bollywood.

The report states, that the bungalow will cost Rs 250 crore and will be the most expensive celebrity bungalow beating Shah Rukh Khan’s Mannat and Amitabh Bachchan’s Jalsa. “Ranbir and Alia are both equally investing their hard-earned money to make their dream house. The house will cost more than Rs 250 crore once it’s all done. And this will become the most expensive bungalow in the Mumbai area compared with Shah Rukh Khan’s Mannat and Amitabh Bachchan’s Jalsa," said the report.

The source added, “It is also said that Ranbir Kapoor, who is madly and deeply in love with his daughter Raha Kapoor, will name the bungalow in her name, and this will make the little one the richest star kid in the B-Town (Bollywood). Along with this massive bungalow, both Alia and Ranbir own four flats in the Bandra area and the worth is more than Rs 60 crore.”

On the professional front, Ranbir Kapoor was last seen in Animal costarring Rashmika Mandanna, Bobby Deol, Triptii Dimri, Anil Kapoor, Suresh Oberoi, Prem Chopra and others in prominent roles. Directed by Sandeep Reddy Vanga of Kabir Singh and Arjun Reddy fame, the film earned over Rs 500 crore in India and emerged as one of the biggest blockbusters of all time.

The actor has Ramayana, Love And War (alongside Alia Bhatt and Vicky Kaushal) and Animal Park under his belt.
