The last major film made of the epic Hindu tale, Adipurush starring Prabhash, Kriti Sanon and Saif Ali Khan created a lot of rage among cinephiles and also tanked at the box office. Now, if the latest Koimoi report is to be believed, the cast of the movie has been asked to lead a ‘self-restrained lifestyle’ during the shoot of Ramayana. For the unaware, while Ranbir Kapoor has been roped in to play Lord Ram in his next, Sai Pallavi will essay the role of Sita in the movie. It has also been reported that KGF star Yash will be playing Ravana in Nitesh Tiwari’s next. Ranbir Kapoor to quit alcohol and meat for Nitesh Tiwari’s Ramayana Sources revealed that South beauty Sai Pallavi enjoys a clean, controversy-free image, whereas that is not the case for Rockstar actor Ranbir Kapoor. Although the Sanju star is not exactly a wild child, he is definitely not Sri Ram in his personal life either. Sources further added that Ranbir Kapoor will be staying away from alcohol and meat during the shoot of Ramayana. Sources also informed, “These are not things he would avoid just for his public image, but also as a dedicated actor Ranbir wants to feel as pure and clean as Sri Rama. In any case, Ranbir is not into late nights and wild parties." It was also reported by Pinkvilla earlier that all three leads Ranbir Kapoor, Sai Pallavi and Yash have already completed their respective look tests for the movie. In the meantime, Alia Bhatt was also reportedly approached for the role of Sita in Nitesh Tiwari’s Ramayana opposite husband Ranbir Kapoor. However, the diva had to turn down the project for some unknown reasons. Ranbir Kapoor’s next Animal Additionally, Ranbir Kapoor will next be seen leading Sandeep Reddy Vanga’s crime drama, Animal. The primary cast of the highly-awaited movie also includes Anil Kapoor, Bobby Deol, Rashmika Mandanna and Tripti Dimri. Financed by T-Series Films in collaboration with Bhadrakali Pictures, and Cine1 Studios, Animal is slated to reach the cinema halls on 1 December.
