‘Panchayat’ fame Jeetendra Kumar was recently on the podcast with YouTuber Raj Shamani, and he spoke about the content on platforms like TVF and the one in Bollywood. He said, “When all (TVF) started, the entertainment landscape was lacking in fundamentals. Much of the content operated on a surface level, with only a few exceptions. By basics, I mean the essence of storytelling was absent. Writing didn’t engage people; it felt disjointed and strange.”

Kumar added, “Our emotional connection was often limited to a handful of stars like Shah Rukh Khan. If he shed a tear on screen or faced a challenge, we’d feel it too. But beyond that, the storytelling basics were largely absent.”

“Then, there came TVF who decided to go back to basics. They focused on connecting with people, and that became a major driving force behind their work.” he adds.

In an exclusive interview with Firstpost, Jitendra Kumar of Panchayat fame spoke about his journey on the show and said, “There are many stories in the villages and very unique stories and characters. I was a part of TVF, The Viral Fever, a YouTube entertainment channel at that time.”

At the Amazon Prime Video IN announcement slate for 2024, TVF made two much-awaited announcements- ‘Panchayat 3’ and ‘The Indian Code’. They also announced the Telugu and Tamil remake of ‘Panchayat’ continuing the trend of being the only production house reaching the entire nation with their stories.

This is indeed the biggest announcement that TVF is bringing for the audience. While Panchayat has 2 seasons, that has been immensely loved by the masses, its 3rd season is eagerly awaited by the masses. Apart from this, TVF is arriving with ‘The Indian Code’, that is their biggest ambitious project. The story of India’s tech boom of the late 70s and early 80s will be fascinating and entertaining.
