Actor Jitendra Kumar, known for his splendid performance in Amazon Prime Video IN and TVF’s show Panchayat, addressed the rumours of a fallout with The Viral Fever. Speaking to India Today, the actor said, “There was a lot of panic and I could see that all over social media. The last season ended on Abhishek’s transfer and that also spurred the buzz further. There was a misunderstanding, and honestly, main bhi pareshan ho jata tha (I would get troubled) answering the same questions.”
Kumar added, “At one point, I was like aur mat poochon, bandh karo yeh (don’t ask about it, end it now). Given I have had a long association with TVF, people were worried about what went wrong. I understood it’s their love and we just waited for the first trailer to end all speculations.”
In its review, Firstpost wrote about season 3- “The magic of _Panchayat 3_ is like it’s previous seasons, the show deals with serious issues in a hilarious manner. Everything looks authentic from the setting to the performances of each and every actor. Everybody is true to their characters. The series gives time for the characters to evolve and the makers have done justice to each and every role by allowing it to grow and not lose its essence.”
