Nawaz Modi, the estranged wife of Raymond MD Gautam Singhania, recently made her first public appearance as she exited from Jamnagar after attending the lavish pre-wedding ceremonies of Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant. After marking her presence in the three-day grand event hosted by Reliance Chairman Mukesh Ambani and his wife Nita Ambani, Nawaz was captured by the paparazzi earlier this morning in Jamnagar.
Dressed in a comfy mini dress in shades of sky blue and pink, Nawaz made a stylish exit from the city. Her dress featured Kaftan sleeves, detailed embroidery on the neck and yoke, and a sultry neckline. Elevating her look further were the slip-on flats, a pair of sunglasses and the mini floral bag. Nawaz stopped to pose for the paparazzi before heading from Jamnagar.
For those uninitiated, Gautam Singhania, the billionaire Chairman of Raymond Group, announced separation from Nawaz Modi Singhania earlier in November 2023. The couple had been married for 32 years. Post their separation, Nawaz made headlines for demanding 75 per cent of Singhania’s fortune. In an interview with India Today, she even opened up about her relationship with her estranged husband and made shocking revelations about how she and her daughter were “assaulted” back in September.
Reflecting on the incident of violence, she revealed, “The first incident happened on the 10th of September morning where Gautam beat up, smashed up, kicked, and punched his minor daughter Niharika and myself for something which felt like about 15 minutes…unrelentingly.”
Elaborating further, she added, “I have had two hernia surgeries – one was during the time of my pregnancy and the other was because I had an ectopic pregnancy and had a fallopian tube removed, which resulted in another hernia. He knew that, and still flung me around the room several times.”
Meanwhile, the three-day grand pre-wedding celebrations of Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant finally came to an end on March 3. Following the same, celebrities including Alia Bhatt, Kiara Advani, Ranbir Kapoor, Amitabh Bachchan with his family, Vicky Kaushal, and Katrina Kaif were spotted leaving the sprawling estate of the Amabni family in Jamnagar.
