Aryan Khan and Netflix’s The Ba***ds of Bollywood released on the OTT giant on September 18 and became a rage due to its unfiltered content and self-deprecating rumour. Many reels from the show have gone viral on social media, right from Emraan Hashmi to Arshad Warsi to Raghav Juyal to the climax featuring the entire star-cast.
There’s another actress who starred in Aryan Khan’s show Diksha Singh. Remember how leading man Lakshya landed an ad-film and he was able to pay his bills? Sharma starred with him in that ad film.
Talking about Shah Rukh Khan’s son, Diksha said, “Aryan is incredibly focused and intuitive. He has this quiet intensity on set — he knows exactly what he wants but still gives his actors the freedom to explore and bring their own rhythm to a scene. What I admire most is his eye for detail and how effortlessly he blends style with substance.”
Meeting SRK was surreal. He has such a warm and magnetic presence — the
kind that instantly puts you at ease. You realize why he’s loved by so many, not
just for his stardom but for his humility and kindness.
On landing a role in the web-series
Honestly, it was very unexpected. I was in Chandigarh shooting with Shantanu
Maheshwari, dressed in full bridal wear for another project, when the audition
came in. I quickly slipped into my vanity, recorded the audition right there in my
bridal look, and sent it off. I think the team must’ve been a little surprised by that
level of dedication! Within a day or two, I got the confirmation call — and as soon
as I returned from Chandigarh, I was on set shooting for Bads of Bollywood. It all
happened so fast, and it was incredibly exciting.
