Karisma Kapoor’s ex-husband and businessman Sunjay Kapoor passed away in England while playing Polo last month due to a heart attack at the age of 53 in England.

And now, Kareena Kapoor Khan’s statement about her sister’s marriage has gone viral. The Refugee actress was once quoted saying, “So much has been written about it. So many of our well-wishers had predicted doomsday for the marriage. But we knew it can be sorted out, and it was.”
She added, “Come on, which marriage doesn’t have problems? But if the entire crisis is up for public debate, it naturally becomes harder to solve the tangle.”
Kareena Kapoor also said, “Of course it’s going to work. My sister and Sanjay [Kapur] love each other. Sure, they had problems. But they were aggravated due to constant media attention. The prying became unbearable when cameras followed them to Goa, where they had gone for a patch-up holiday.”
Forced to sign documents?
“During the period of grieving, I was approached multiple times and compelled to sign various documents without explanation or even having time to read and understand the same. Despite being under immense mental and emotional distress, I was coerced into signing such documents behind locked doors and though I’ve requested repeatedly, the contents of such documents have never been revealed to me,” Sunjay Kapur’s mother alleged, according to a report in News18.
