Kollywood superstar Suriya recently faced backlash for arriving late at the event of his upcoming biggie Kanguva, which was held in Mumbai. He encountered an angry photographer, who was not happy with the seating process and also called out the Jai Bhim star for coming late, which delayed the event for several hours.
However, the actor kept his cool and also apologised to the media for arriving late. “I apologise for the delay. It is not the Mumbai traffic, it is the air traffic. We’ve been taking flights everyday. Excuses aside, sincere apologies. I couldn’t have control over this," said the actor.

“Sir, I hope we have your love, we still have your love," Suriya said pointing out to the photographer, who called out him angrily.
In the event, Suriya revealed that _Kanguva_ will consist of two parts and said, “We also have Kanguva 2 in line. We leave you with a lot of questions in the climax of Kanguva 1. It will have a lot of questions and a lot of surprises. So Kanguva 2 is what I am looking forward to."
Set to release tomorrow, Kanguva will feature Suriya in a double role. It marks the Tamil debut of Bobby Deol and Disha Patani. The film is directed by Siva known for making Veeram, Vedalam, Vivegam, Viswasam, Annaatthe and others. Made on a budget of Rs 350 crore, it is considered to be one of the most expensive Indian films.
