The couple, who exchanged vows in Mahabalipuram in 2022, shared a candid photo featuring the two inside a swimming pool recently. As per the scenic beauty surrounding the area, the couple was perhaps in Kerala for a romantic getaway. The 38-year-old captioned the post ‘Bliss’.

Nayanthara, who made her Bollywood debut opposite King Khan in the action thriller Jawan, recently launched her own skincare company along with her husband Vignesh Shivan on Thursday, 14 September. While Shivan announced the launch on his X account, the Lady Superstar posted it on Instagram. Not just this, she also announced that the official sale of the products will take place on 29 September.
Calling it ‘six years of relentless effort and love’, the couple proudly introduced 9SkinOfficial.
The ‘Incredible’ family
Vignesh Shivan, known for films like Paava Kadhaigal and Kaathuvaakula Rendu Kaadhal, keeps posting intimate pictures of his family on Instagram. In the latest, the 38-year-old uploaded a family photo titled ‘The Incredibles’. It comes as an ode to the Disney media franchise’s movie of the same name, created by Pixar Animation Studios.
The animated picture showcases Nayanthara holding her babies with Vignesh standing alongside her. Not just the filmmaker, Nayanthara, who made her Instagram debut ahead of Jawan ’s release has been quite popular with the masses for regularly sharing beautiful glimpses of her sons and family now.
Vignesh Shivan and Nayanthara’s relationship
Vignesh Shivan and Nayanthara dated for seven years before tying the knot in June last year. The couple’s extravagant marriage was attended by close friends and family including celebrities like Shah Rukh Khan, Vijay Sethupathi, Rajinikanth and AR Rahman, among many others in Mahabalipuram.
The two welcomed their twin sons Uyir and Ulag, via surrogacy last year.
Work Front
After the historic success of Atlee-directed Jawan, the actress has a slew of projects to look forward to. The Connect actress will next appear in the Tamil film Iraivan, starring Jayam Ravi. The film is helmed by I Ahmed and is said to be a psychological action thriller.
Not just this, the 38-year-old recently completed shooting for her 75th film, directed by Nilesh Krishnaa. The film was released in April this year.
Vignesh Shivan, on the other hand, is busy with pre-production work for untitled film with Pradeep Ranganathan. The couple’s Netflix documentary is also in the works and will be released later this year.
