Rakul Preet Singh and Jackky Bhagnani embarked on a new journey in February as they exchanged vows in a dreamy setup in Goa in the presence of their family, friends, and close ones. The enchanting couple, days after their wedding, reached Assam for an event where they left everyone in awe of their chemistry. However, the moment that caught the most limelight was Rakul’s response as she revealed the first thing that got her attracted to her husband, Jackky.
Rakul Preet Singh and Jackky Bhagnani were invited to an event held by the Assam State Film (Finance & Development) Corporation Limited where they indulged in an interactive session with personalities from film fraternities. As the session continued, Jackky could be heard saying that he has a dry sense of humour which led Rakul to jump in his defence. She objected to the Youngistaan actor’s statement saying, “In fact, the first thing I liked in him was his sense of humour.”
During their visit to Assam, the newly wedded couple also reached the Kamakhya Temple in Guwahati seeking blessings from the goddess for their marital journey. On Thursday, March 7, Rakul shared some precious moments from her visit to the temple along with her beloved husband, Jackky Bhagnani where they were also accompanied by their families.
The picture had Rakul radiating elegance in a mustard ethnic ensemble whereas Jackky exuded charm in a yellow kurta paired with black pants. Standing before the sacred temple, the couple flashed a bright smile as they posed for the pictures. Rakul, sharing the picture, wrote, “Kamakhya Devi Temple (red heart emoji) (folded hands emoji) blessed.” In another photo shared subsequently, Rakul and Jackky can be seen posing with their family members, further enriching the spiritual experience.
Rakul Preet Singh and Jackky Bhagnani got married last month after dating for a few years. The couple shared glimpses of ceremonies including Haldi, Mehendi, Anant Karaj, Cicktail, and Wedding.
On the work front, Rakul is all set for her next appearance in _Indian 2_ , headlined by Kamal Haasan. Jackky, on the other hand, is eyeing the release of his next production venture Bade Miyan Chote Miyan, featuring Tiger Shroff and Akshay Kumar in the lead roles.
