Varun Dhawan is all set to capture the passion and resolve of Colonel Hoshiar Singh Dahiya PVC in Border 2, and his intense looks in the poster, teaser and the recently released song prove that the actor is going all guns blazing.

Varun pays tribute to the bravery of Col. Hoshiar Singh Dahiya, who led his troops with unflinching courage during the 1971 Indo-Pakistan war, and was awarded the Param Vir Chakra for his heroism, India’s highest military honour.

The film is all set to release in cinemas on January 23 but over the last few weeks, the actor has been attacked and trolled ever since the song Ghar Kab Aaoge and the teaser of the war drama dropped. But is there more than what meets the eye? At least his fans think so as per a post that has surfaced on the internet.

Nidhi Dutta pointed out the smear campaign against the film and called the trolls anti nationals as they targeted the song and the actors.
