Made under the banner of Karan Johar’s Dharma Productions, _Showtime_ will release this week on Disney Plus Hotstar. Featuring actors like Emraan Hashmi, Mouni Roy, and Naseeruddin Shah, the show revolves around the head of a studio, who encounters various challenges while continuously clashing with a film critic.
2. HanuMan
Release date: 8 March 2024

After creating waves at the box office, the Telugu superhero film HanuMan is set to release this week on OTT. Featuring Teja Sajja in the lead role, the film’s plot revolves around a young man (Hanumanthu) who goes on a challenging journey after accidentally attaining superhero powers.
3. Maharani Season 3
Release date: 7 March 2024

The third instalment in Huma Qureshi starrer popular web series Maharani is also releasing this week. The political-drama series focuses on a homemaker Rani Bharti, who comes in contact with the political sphere after her husband’s sudden resignation from the CM’s position.
4. Merry Christmas

Vijay Sethupathi and Katrina Kaif starrer highly awaited film Merry Christmas will mark its OTT release this week on Netflix. Directed by Sriram Raghavan, the mystery-thriller film focuses on two strangers who meet on Christmas Eve and instantly develop a bond. However, as the film progresses, things will be seen taking a dark turn.
5. The Regime
Release date: 4 March 2024
Where to watch: Jio Cinema
Featuring Oscar award winner Kate Winslet in the role of dictator Elena Vernham, the series will premiere this week on Jio Cinema. It revolves around how the Chancellor gets paranoid after spending a lot of time within the palace and ends up developing a good bond with a volatile soldier, Herbert Zubak. Besides Winslet, the series also features actors Hugh Grant, Matthias Schoenaerts, and Guillaume Gallienne in significant roles.
6. Damsel

Stranger Things fame Millie Bobby Brown is all set to entertain her fans with Damsel, the story of a young woman who gets married to a charming young prince. It was after her marriage that it turned out to be a nightmare after she was sacrificed to a fire-breathing dragon.
7. Lal Salaam

While makers are yet to confirm the same, it is being reported that Rajinikanth starrer Lal Salaam will also hit OTT this week. Directed by Aishwarya Rajinikanth, the film was released theatrically in February this year.
