Elizabeth Debicki on playing Princess Diana in Netflix’s The Crown: ‘Completely unbearable’

According to reports published in the themessenger.com, the highly anticipated sixth and final season of the Netflix series will not feature Diana’s death on screen, Elizabeth Debicki opened up about filming build-up and the days leading up to the fatal car accident in 1997. “At times it’s almost like an anomalistic response to being pursued, by that many actors playing the press, because there’s nowhere you can go and you only have to be in a situation like that for about a minute, before you realize this is completely unbearable,” said Debicki, in comments briefed to the press by Netflix, as per Deadline.
