Ek Ladki Ko Dekha Toh Aisa Laga: Anil Kapoor shares first look poster featuring Sonam on his birthday

Anil Kapoor, on the occasion of his birthday, shared the first look poster of his upcoming film, Ek Ladki Ko Dekha Toh Aisa Lagavia his official Twitter handle. The film will see Anil share the screen space with daughter Sonam for the first time. The poster features the father-daughter duo sharing a moment.

Along with the poster, Anil also announced that the film's trailer will be released on 27 December.

Ek Ladki Ko Dekha Toh Aisa Laga also features Juhi Chawla and Rajkummar Rao.  Juhi and Anil have previously worked together in a string of films during the '90s including Benaam Baadshah, Loafer and Deewana Mastana to name a few.

The makers had released a few stills and a teaser of the film. The clip brought back memories of the 1994 film 1942: Love Story, with an opening montage of the iconic song sung by Kumar Sanu and composed by RD Burman. However, as the video progressed, it showed that in 2018 the story isn't as lovey-dovey and comes with a lot of 'siyaapa' (chaos).

Produced by Vinod Chopra Films and Rajkumar Hirani Films in association with Fox Star Studios, Ek Ladki Ko Dekha Toh Aisa Laga is directed by Shelly Chopra Dhar. The film is slated to hit the screens on 12 October next year.
