Aditya Dhar made his directorial debut with Uri: The Surgical Strike in 2019. But he has had a long journey in Hindi cinema. His Dhurandhar has gone over the roof in terms of collections and response. Both the parts have been etched in cinematic history. And now, the cat is out of the bag that Yami Gautam indeed is a part of the film.

The actress plays a doctor and has a connection with the mysterious Bade Saab that loomed large in part one as a silhouette. And Gautam heaped praises on Dhar and  _Dhurandhar_ in a recent interview.

She was quoted saying, “I have already watched Dhurandhar 2. It is beyond extraordinary. I was really emotional. I had to catch a flight that day, so I couldn’t say anything to Aditya, but later, I couldn’t do anything. I had to read a script, but I couldn’t, I had to watch something, but I couldn’t.”
