Shehnaaz Gill reveals to Shilpa Shetty she injured herself while doing yoga, advised not to practice now

Shehnaaz Gill and Shilpa Shetty recently sat down for a chat on the former’s show Desi Vibes With Shehnaaz. While talking to Shetty, Gill told the actress how she has learned yoga from her. She also revealed she injured herself while doing yoga while being on a video call with her relatives. She said, “A crack sound came from my C3 and C5.” What are C3 and C5? These vertebrae form the midsection of the cervical spine, near the base of the neck. They control function to the body from the shoulders down. All three vertebrae work together to support the neck and head. Shehnaaz Gill was recently seen doing rigorous promotions for Karan Boolani’s directorial Thank You For Coming. Throughout the promotional spree, the actress was seen having a blast with her co-stars Bhumi Pednekar, Dolly Singh and Kusha Kapila. But now, all is not well with Shehnaaz Gill. The actress had to be recently hospitalised after contracting an infection during the promotion of Karan Boolani’s directorial. The Bigg Boss 13 contestant recently conducted an Instagram live session sharing her health update with her fans. Shehnaaz Gill’s Instagram Live from the hospital Lying on the hospital bed, Shenaaz Gill said during her Insta live, “Dekho time sabka aata hai, sabka jata hai. Mere saath bhi vahi hua hai. Fir aaega thode din baad. Guys, I’m fine now. Mai theek nhi thi. Mujhey infection hogaya tha. Maine na sandwich kha liya tha. Infection hui hai mujhey food infection (Everyone’s time comes and the same thing happened in my case as well. It will come again. Guys, I’m fine now. I wasn’t well. I had a sandwich, wasn’t well.
