"She’s also someone, who has craved stability in a relationship. I don’t know Nick (Jonas) that well but you can tell that she feels settled. Whatever little I know of her, I know these things were important to her. Like to find love, to find a person who gives it his hundred per cent, who gives the stability you look for in a relationship. She has craved it. I’m thrilled she’s found it. It’s been a rollercoaster for her as well," the actress told the publication.
The actresses have shared the screen space in Sanjay Leela Bhansali's Bajirao Mastani, also starring Ranveer.
Deepika recently attended Priyanka and Nick's third wedding reception party, which the couple hosted at Taj Lands End, Mumbai. Numerous videos from the event showed the actresses having a gala time dancing to their iconic numbers from the Bhansali directorial.
On the work front, Deepika will be next seen in Meghna Gulzar's Chhapaak, based on the life of acid attack survivor Laxmi Agarwal, also starring Vikrant Massey.
