Deepika Padukone, Ranveer Singh wedding reception: Couple goes regal in white and gold colour coordinated ensemble

Newlyweds Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone on 28 November hosted a party for family friends and select media persons. The couple, who got married in two separate ceremonies — as per Konkani and Sindhi rituals — on 14 and 15 November in Italy’s picturesque Lake Como, has been on a spree of hosting parties for their near and dear ones who could not attend the wedding. While Deepika wore a white and golden sequinned saree with a heavy chunni covering her head, her husband, known for his unique fashion sense, was seen in a sherwani teamed up with a long skirt. Deepika wore a traditional red chooda, sindoor and fairly muted makeup complete with a nude lip and shimmery eyes.
