Raj and DK’s directorial ‘Citadel: Honey Bunny Samantha Ruth Prabhu and Varun Dhawan is a global series coming out of India. The series features the immensely talented Varun Dhawan and Samantha in the lead and the ever-so-versatile Kay Kay Menon, along with an exciting ensemble cast that includes Simran, Saqib Saleem, Sikandar Kher, Soham Majumdar, Shivankit Parihar, and Kashvi Majmundar.

This is an origin story that shows the childhood of Priyanka Chopra’s character and the younger version is played by actress Kashvi Majmundar. Talking about the same, she said at the trailer launch, “So when Rajat and DK (sir), we got on a call after the audition, when they told me that I’m going to be playing Priyanka Chopra as Nadia, I was like, I was really happy, I was thrilled to know that I would be playing her. Because I mean, Priyanka Chopra, she’s an all -rounder. She acts, she dances, she sings. And you know, if I say, I act, now, I dance, I sing, I think it’s a perfect match.”

She also said, “I am lucky I have such good-looking on screen parents,” referring to Varun Dhawan and Samantha Ruth Prabhu . The trailer is a preview of the exhilarating and riveting spy thriller set against the vibrant tapestry of the 90’s, which features explosive action, high-octane stunts, and edge-of-your-seat excitement, all perfectly complemented by exceptional performances and a grand visual scale.

When stuntman Bunny (Varun Dhawan) recruits struggling actress Honey (Samantha) for a side gig, they are hurled into a high-stakes world of action, espionage, and betrayal. Years later, as their dangerous past catches up, the estranged Honey and Bunny must reunite and fight to protect their young daughter Nadia.
