Chitta Ve is a hard-hitting web series on Aatrangi that plunges deep into the dark, dangerous world of drugs and their devastating impact on individuals and communities. The story of this series revolves around Manpreet (Daljeet Kaur), a simple and tormented woman, who is constantly humiliated for not being able to conceive. Eager for a better life, she is lured by Tarn (Aham Sharma), who promises her a bright future. However, she soon finds herself trapped in the dangerous world of drugs, where everything spirals out of her control.

Chittal Ve streams on Atrangii and the platform deserves applaud for bringing such a series that aims to raise awareness. Technically, Chitta Ve is solid, with crisp camera work and a background score that complements the grim atmosphere. The series isn’t just an emotional journey; it also serves as a stark warning against the dangers of drug abuse. The best part about series is it sheds light on reality in hard hitting and shocking way. Apart from Manoreet’s journey, the series show how use of drugs is common among children as well and is used by people to earn money. Towards end, we see how this kind of abuse affect not only the person but also their loved ones.

Talking of performances, the ensemble cast has delivered powerful performances that brought depth and authenticity to the story. Daljeet Kaur proves once again that she is an exceptional actress. Her transformation according to the scenes is commendable. Aham Sharma, Aman Jetley, Vicky Ahuja, Pradeep Jahangir, Adesh Chaudhary, and Mukesh Agrhari also deliver strong performances.

Overall, the series powerful message makes it a must-watch, not just for entertainment but for the crucial lesson it imparts.
