Boney Kapoor and daughters Janhvi and Khushi Kapoor sell four flats in Mumbai for Rs 12 crore

Film producer Boney Kapoor and daughters Janhvi and Khushi Kapoor have sold their two Mumbai apartments for Rs 12 crore. The producer and his daughters sold two flats in Andheri for Rs 6.02 crore to Siddharth Narayan and Anju Narayan. They have also sold two apartments to Muskan Bahirwani and Lalit Bahirwani in a separate deal. The documents of the deal were accessed by Zapkey.com. Last year, Janhvi , along with her sister Khushi Kapoor and father Boney Kapoor, reportedly bought a duplex in Mumbai’s Bandra for Rs 65 crore. According to a report in Hindustan Times, the acquisition by the daughter of the late actress Sridevi comprised two apartments on the first and second floor of the Kubelisque Building on Pali Hill, Union Park Road, Bandra West. Reportedly, apartments 101 and 201 reportedly belong to the Kapoor family. Called a bungalow, Janhvi ’s purchase reportedly belonged to a well-known entrepreneur Kintu Bajaj. While detailing the property, the report added that the house came with five-car parking, a private garden, and a swimming pool. Moreover, it had a carpet area of 6421 sq ft, while the built-up area is 8669 sq ft. The report further detailed that this was Janhvi’s third real estate deal in the last two years. Back in December 2020, the actress bought a triplex in Juhu for Rs. 39 crore, which she later in March 2022, sold to her _Roohi_ co-star Rajkummar Rao for Rs. 44 crore. The property, which belonged to the Badhaai Do actor, was reportedly a composite of three flats each on the 14th, 15th, and 16th floors of the Arya building in the JVPD Scheme.
