Ayesha Jhulka recalls how Salman Khan saved her life during Kurbaan shooting: 'He pulled me off track as a train...'

Ayesha Jhulka, who featured in blockbusters like Khiladi, Chachi 420 and Jo Jeeta Wohi Sikander among others, recently recalled how Salman Khan saved her life during the shooting of Kurbaan, which was her first film.

“We were shooting on the tracks. The cameraman had placed he camera. I had to dance on the track, and before me, Salman was dancing on the track,” she shared while talking to Bollywood Bubble.

The actress said that this was a very small station and there weren’t many people around and they had taken all the required permissions. “Our song was playing very loudly. We were rehearsing over and over again and suddenly, I was moved in such a quick motion that I felt like all my organs moved. He just had to pull me because he heard the train,” she shared. The veteran star said that she couldn’t comprehend of whatever and people around her just told her that Salman Khan saved her life. “He was screaming at the unit guys. He could have been the one on the track, he was just giving a shot before me,” she shared.

Kurbaan, which released in 1991, was directed by Deepak Bahry and also featured Sunil Dutt and Kabir Bedi in prominent roles.

Ayesha was recently seen in the reality show Celebrity MasterChef. The actress entered the show as a wild card contestant but was eliminated within a few weeks.
