Adult film star Sophia Leone was found dead at her apartment a week ago. She was found unresponsive when her family tried to contact her. She was 26. The cause of death is yet to be reported and the case is still under investigation. This is the fourth dead from the adult film industry in three months and has raised concerns among netizens.
The news was broken by Leone’s step-father Mike Romero on GoFundMe where memorial funds would be raised. He wrote a message that read- “On behalf of her Mother & Family, It is with a heavy heart that I have to share the news of our beloved Sophia’s Passing. The Sudden loss of Sophia has left her family and friends devastated and in shock.”
He added, “Sophia was found unresponsive in her apartment on March 1st, 2024, by her family. An investigation by local police into the cause of death is still ongoing.”
The other adult film stars that passed away in these few months are Emily Willis, Kagney Lee, and Jesse Jane.
