Adarsh Gourav is gearing up for his Hollywood series titled ‘Alien : Earth’ and it has finally booked a release date. It will have its premiere on 12th August this year on both FX network and Hulu.
Leading the chatter with excitement in India is Adarsh Gourav who plays the role of Slightly, who plays a pivotal role in the show. The actor took to his social media platforms to share the gripping first look of the series that is both directed and helmed by Noah Hawley. Alien : Earth is based on the iconic Ridley Scott’s Alien Franchise with Scott taking on the role of Executive Producer for the series.
The show takes place when a mysterious space vessel crash-lands on Earth, a young woman and a ragtag group of tactical soldiers make a fateful discovery that puts them face-to-face with the planet’s greatest threat.
Adarsh Gourav, known for his dynamic performances, has revealed his eventual aspiration to step behind the camera and direct films. While he has already made a mark as an actor, Adarsh’s passion for filmmaking extends beyond just being in front of the lens. His latest role in Superboys of Malegaon, where he portrays a character inspired by real-life filmmaker Nasir Shaikh, has further fueled his desire to explore all aspects of the craft in the future when the time is right for the actor.
Speaking about his filmmaking ambitions and his experience portraying Nasir Shaikh, Adarsh shared, “Storytelling has always fascinated me, not just as an actor but as a creative force in its entirety. I’ve always been drawn to the world behind the camera—the process of building a narrative, shaping characters, and visually bringing emotions to life. My desire has always been to explore all aspects of creative arts, and directing is a natural step in that journey. I want to explore all avenues of acting first and direction I feel wil be a natural course”.
