Actor Faissal Khan cuts ties with his family days after making accusations against them: 'Won't reside in Aamir Khan's residence and...'

Aamir Khan’s brother and actor Faissal Khan has recently claimed that the Sitaare Zameen Par star has locked him up for a year in Mumbai. He revealed that his family said he had schizophrenia, was ‘a mad person and can harm society’.

In an interview with Pinkvilla, the actor also revealed, “I tried to call Shah Rukh Khan also. He didn’t entertain me. Mannat ke bahar gaya tha main.”

Aamir Khan’s family issues statement

We are distressed by Faissal’s hurtful and misleading portrayal of his mother Zeenat Tahir Husain, his sister Nikhat Hegde, and his brother Aamir. As this is not the first time he has misrepresented these events, we feel it necessary to clarify our intentions, and reaffirm our solidarity as a family.

Faissal Khan’s new explosive statement

I, Faissal Khan, have from the date hereof severed all ties, familial as well as in estate, with my family members, the names whereof are more particularly described in the Schedule hereunder written. All persons are required to take note that on and from the date hereof I shall not be known as forming part of the family of my late father Tahir Husain or my mother Zeenat Tahir Husain, and/or any other family member.

Actor cuts ties with his family

Khan’s note added, “I will from the date hereof not reside in the residence of my brother Aamir Khan, and I will also not claim any monthly allowance/ maintenance from my brother Aamir Khan. All persons are required to take note that my decision to sever all ties with my family members has been arrived at after very carefully I consideration on my part and in view of the unfortunate past events as under.”

“They were saying I’ve got schizophrenia and I’m a mad person. I can harm society. Ye sab baatein ho rahi thi (All this was being talked about). I was looking at myself ki yaar main iss chakravyuh se kaise niklu. Chakravyuh ho gaya tha mere liye. Main usme fass gaya tha kyunki saari family mere khilaaf jaa rahi thi. Mujhe pagal samjh rahe the (How do I get out of this trap? It was a trap for me. I was stuck in it because my family was against me. They were thinking I’m mad),” Faissal told while talking to PinkVilla.
