Aamir Khan’s daughter  Ira Khan  has been vocal about her mental health issues and battling depression. And in an interview with ETimes, she elaborated on the same. She revealed, “Depression is a little complicated. It is partly genetic, partly psychological, and social. In my case, it is partly genetic. There is a history of mental health issues in my family on my mom and dad’s side.” She added, “My therapist said that one of the trigger points was my parents, who handled their divorce as well as they could at that point."

And now, Ira Khan has shared another post on mental health. Ira wrote- “On 13th October, I had my last therapy session.
After 3 times a week -
For 8 years of psychoanalysis…
I’m no longer in therapy.”

She added, ““So you’re cured now?”
I’m still on medication and I probably will be for the foreseeable future.
Not being in therapy anymore means that my therapist and I felt confident that I had learnt a bunch of things, started living my life in a more helpful manner (for me) and I’d be able to manage on my own - responsibly taking care of myself and remembering to have fun in life!”

However, there were some users who passed lewd remarks and body shamed Aamir Khan’s daughter.
