Basking in the success of his last release 12th Fail, it seems like happiness has once again come his way as Vikrant Massey welcomes his firstborn with his wife Sheetal Thakur. On Wednesday, 7 February, the couple took to social media and announced the same with a cute note, confirming that they have become parents to a baby boy. In a joint note shared on Instagram, the couple wrote, “07.02.2024 For we have become one. We are bursting with joy and love to announce the arrival of our son. Love, Sheetal and Vikrant ,” along with a folding hand emoji.

While the couple is yet to reveal the name of their newborn son, the announcement poster was all adorable as it included cute little things like toffees, a rainbow, tiny shoes, a feeding bottle, and a rattle along with an image of three hands, signifying their family of three. As soon as the news came out, fans took to the comment section and congratulated the couple. Many Bollywood celebs also extended their best wishes and congratulatory messages to Vikrant and Sheetal. Actress Dia Mirza wrote, “Besttttt news. All our love,” while Vaani Kapoor commented, “Congratulation.” Others like Raashi Khanna, Suniel Shetty, Surbhi Jyoti, Zoya Akhtar, Sonal Chauhan, and Manish Malhotra also congratulated the couple. Notably, this comes just a few months after the couple announced the pregnancy in September last year. Taking to Instagram, the 12th Fail actor shared a creative post and announced the exciting news. Along with their wedding picture, he added a creative photo with two safety pins. The film emerged as a sleeper hit, amassing a lot of appreciation and praise from fans and celebrities alike.
