The charter operator company that regularly flies the Gandhi family has been served a notice by the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA), reports the Times of India.
The notice is over charges that GMR Aviation “falsified pre-flight breath analyzer (BA) tests” that are mandatory for Special Protection Group (SPG) protectees.
The report also adds that the latest violation took place on “April 14, when Rahul Gandhi flew from Delhi to Bhubaneshwar in GMR’s luxury Falcon 2000-Lx.”
