 "ZyXEL Launches NSA-2400")
Access and networking solutions provider ZyXEL, is trying its hands at storage with the launch of its very first network storage appliance, the NSA-2400.
Equipped with four removable SATA hard drives, the solution offers a storage capacity of up to 2 TB. The NSA-2400 claims to cover the most common backup strategies such as desktop/laptop client backup used by businesses and offers an enterprise class, integrated backup solution.
Launching the solution, Rakesh Singh, National Sales Manager, ZyXEL India commented, “Data protection is particularly important should a disk fail or when data corruption occurs. Underpinned by RAID, this enterprise-class technology allows businesses to increases data fault-tolerance and instantly reset the entire server back to a specific time period.”
Designed especially for SMEs with limited IT resources, the solution features a setup wizard that takes users through the entire installation process. The vendor claims that with the NSA-2400 even an unskilled user can successfully deploy a network data storage system in minutes.
The ZyXEL NSA-2400 network storage appliance is available immediately through ZyXEL and its authorized channel partners at a retail price of Rs 61,500.
