YASH Technologies Launches Portal Accelerator Programme

Portal programmes designed years ago provided important benefits such as access to information and consolidated views, but have often left management, process owners and staff hungry for key metrics to make informed decisions. YASH Technologies has launched a Portal Accelerator programme designed with industry specific solutions that deliver mission-critical information to focused groups of users, allowing companies to transform the way they do business.

The Portal Accelerator programme focuses on two key industries: manufacturing and chemicals, addressing three common challenge areas of Manufacturing Operational Excellence (such as New Product Lifecycle Management, Employee Self Service, and KPIs and Dashboards), Supply Chain Collaboration (such as Supply Chain Visibility, Supplier Management, and Warehouse Management) and Customer Service (such as Sales Order Management, Dealer Management, and Integrated Sales and Marketing).

Each industry challenge area is grouped with subsequent modular solutions designed to empower organisations to look beyond supply-driven efficiencies and sense and respond in real time to customer signals. The Accelerator programme provides an ideal platform for companies to create an adaptive business network, no matter what stage they are at in their portal initiatives.

YASH follows an execution methodology that allows companies to take small steps initially with modular selections, and move towards an adaptive network through a continuous cycle of build, execute, and adapt. The Accelerator programme is a 12 week programme that entails implementation of one of the modules from one of the three challenge areas, followed by another solution in each subsequent 12 week cycle. This methodology allows the delivery of essential and business transformational functions in shorter cycle times and predictable costs, and enhances the ability to leverage existing investments in enterprise applications and IT assets.

“This programme provides industry specific solutions allowing companies to start realising benefits as quickly as three months,” said Kevin Jansen, executive vice president, YASH Technologies. “The flexibility of the programme allows companies to complement their existing portal initiatives or to use it as a baseline to gain functionality in carefully time-boxed iterations. These solutions are based on best practices and years of ERP, e-business, and industry-specific solution implementations.”

YASH’s Portal Accelerator Programme will also be launched for the financial services sector in the near future.
