Wipro To Aid Customers Embrace MS Office 2007

Wipro Technologies announced its readiness to help customers adopt Microsoft’s new release 2007 Microsoft Office system, Exchange Server 2007 and the Windows Vista operating system. Wipro believes that in today’s dynamic business environment, companies that create transparent and flexible strategic relationships will be the most successful in leveraging the full range of capabilities and services from their value chain participants. Wipro’s support for the 2007 Microsoft Office system aims to achieve this very objective, a Wipro statement said.

Wipro Technologies announced its readiness to help customers adopt Microsoft’s new release 2007 Microsoft Office system, Exchange Server 2007 and the Windows Vista operating system.

Wipro believes that in today’s dynamic business environment, companies that create transparent and flexible strategic relationships will be the most successful in leveraging the full range of capabilities and services from their value chain participants. Wipro’s support for the 2007 Microsoft Office system aims to achieve this very objective, a Wipro statement said.

Wipro’s early involvement in developing Industry Accelerators (IA) on the 2007 Microsoft Office system will enable customers to deploy a Unified Communication and Collaboration solution that involves 2007 Microsoft Office system and Exchange Server 2007. The collaborative features of these products are making the “Place of work” no longer relevant by connecting data, applications and people to create a more agile organization and give customers a platform of choice to create a highly advanced relationship management environment in their organizations.

“Wipro offers business customers technical experience, product knowledge and process familiarity coupled with domain proficiency and toolsets that enable rapid deployment of 2007 Microsoft Office system, Exchange Server 2007 and Windows Vista,” said Peter Boit, Vice President of Enterprise Partners, Enterprise & Partner Group, Microsoft Corp. He added, “Wipro’s solutions build on the business value these new products deliver to customers and helps ensure and accelerate adoption.”

Divakaran Mangalath, Chief Technology Officer, Wipro Technologies and Executive overseeing the Microsoft relationship, said, “Wipro has a strong relationship with Microsoft and is in step with Microsoft to deliver solutions around their latest offerings. We are extremely pleased to announce that we will deploy solutions for customers on Windows Vista, 2007 Microsoft Office system and Exchange Server 2007.”
