VASCO Data Security, a software security company specialising in authentication products, has announced the availability of DIGIPASS Pack for Remote Authentication with DIGIPASS for Mobile. The new packs include DIGIPASS for Mobile licences, enabling the use of a mobile phone as authentication device. DIGIPASS Pack for Remote Authentication is VASCO’s off-the-shelf authentication solution addressing the security needs of SMEs.
The new addition to the DIGIPASS Pack product line, DIGIPASS for Mobile, leverages the use of mobile phones as an authentication device. DIGIPASS for Mobile can be used for two-factor authentication and digital signature. The pack edition is used to gain secure remote access to corporate networks and business applications.
The new packs with DIGIPASS for Mobile are powered by IDENTIKEY as authentication server. IDENTIKEY is ideally suited for use by SMEs considering it is easy in installation. IDENTIKEY is VASCO’s authentication server for network and application security offering OTP and e-signature capability.
DIGIPASS Pack for Remote Authentication is suited for small enterprises wanting to add an extra security layer to protect remote access to the corporate network and data in mission-critical applications. The Pack is available for 5, 10, 25 or 50 users. DIGIPASS Pack for Remote Authentication is a scalable solution; new users can easily be added as the need for user authentication grows.

By integrating DIGIPASS for Mobile into our DIGIPASS packs, the mobile phone already in the pockets of the employees is used as the authentication platform.
