Unistal Launches Online Data Recovery Services

Internet security products provider Unistal Systems announced the launch of its online data recovery services through its new website idatacare.com.

A company statement claims this service initiative to be the first of its kind in the country. Through this service, Unistal would provide instant solution to its customers and partners across the globe.

Unistal’s proprietary connectivity tools link-up the customer’s server or PC and Unistal’s Central Recovery Lab (CRI) performs the recovery or repair process. It circumvents the need to send the media (hard disk) to Unistal’s master labs.

The customers therefore, can recover their data from their own premises"be it anywhere across the globe"or from any of the authorized Unistal online partner’s facility.

According to Alok Gupta, director - Marketing, Unistal, “This unique service ensures the best possible results for customers in an efficient and convenient manner. Besides, it enables us to expand our operations and offer data recovery services across the globe in a short time.”

Unistal also provides in-lab data recovery services at its data care centers in New Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Kolkata and Dubai.

Data recovery services from Chennai and Pune will commence from April 1, 2007.

The company is currently recruiting “Over the Net” or online data recovery service partners. It aims to have around 300 such partners in India soon enough.
