TOPSGRUP Enhances Efficiency With Oracle Fusion Middleware

TOPSGRUP, the Indian security group, has cost savings of up to 30% with the successful implementation of Oracle BPEL Process Manager and Oracle Business Activity Monitoring (BAM) Suite in the FY 09-10.

Oracle BPEL Process Manager has played a prominent role in assembling TOPSGRUP’s discrete services such as HR, Sales, Purchases, Finance, Procurement, Inventory, CRM among others into an end-to-end process flow to reduce the cost and complexity of its process integration initiatives. On the other hand, Oracle BAM is helping TOPSGRUP’s business executives and managers to build interactive, real-time dashboards and proactive alerts for monitoring business processes and services. This includes providing them with information they need in order to make better decisions and take corrective actions if the business environment changes.

These Oracle Fusion Middleware components have enabled the company to significantly improve operational efficiencies, meet regulatory compliance requirements and enhance its competitive advantage.
