Tejas Networks, an enabler of high-performance optical transmission infrastructure, has announced the opening of a new R&D centre in Noida. This is the first R&D centre of Tejas in north India. This office will augment its existing sales and support office in Delhi.
“So far we have been making significant investments in our Bangalore R&D centre. We have now also decided to reach out to the engineering talent in north India, who are keen to do innovative work in end-to-end product development companies. As we have a large customer base in north India, this centre with its state-of-the-art labs, will also facilitate closer interaction and higher level of support to our customers,” said Sanjay Nayak, CEO and managing director, Tejas Networks.
The Noida R&D centre will be led by Pushkal Juneja, group director-Engineering, an industry professional with over 18 years of experience in India and abroad, in companies such as Intel and Cadence. He joined Tejas Networks from Intel where he managed teams working on design and validation of various chipsets.
