Tejas Networks, an enabler of high-performance transmission infrastructure, has launched its TJ2000 series of Carrier Ethernet platforms.
The TJ2000 are a series of compact nodes, which are designed for use in the access/metro network. These equipments enable highly-scalable Ethernet networks through the adoption of PBB/PBB-TE. The TJ2030 is capable of catering to a wide range of applications segments ranging from residential triple-play services (DSL-based broadband, IPTV) to mobile backhaul and enterprise services (point-to-point and multipoint Ethernet services).
