Cincom Synchrony 7.0 offers outbound dialling, campaign management and delivers complete inbound-outbound, desktop, and analytics for any size contact centre.

The outbound dialling includes a variety of dialling strategies, campaign and list management, individual call-backs, and personalised automated fulfilment, thereby enhancing customer experience.

Synchrony’s unified agent desktop manages all the interaction by displaying all back-end applications and resources required by an agent to interact with customers, on a single screen.
