Synaptris, the software products arm of CSS (Cybernet-SlashSupport) that offers reporting solutions has announced its expansion plans for the Australian market.
Synaptris has struck a deal with Cri-Tech Consulting, a New South Wales (Australia)-based IT services company that specialises in business process automation.
Synaptris and Cri-Tech combine will target companies in the manufacturing and utilities verticals, besides government establishments.
The partnership will focus on Synaptris’ IntelliPRINT range of products, which are designed specifically for the IBM Lotus Notes and Domino platform.
“Through this partnership we will jointly address the information needs of a large number of business users who depend on data in their Notes applications to make critical business decisions,” Synaptris CEO Madan S. Kumar said.
Glenn Folkes, director of sales, Cri-Tech, said, “IntelliPRINT has been designed specifically to address the challenge to deliver information in Notes applications to business users without having to take the data out of secure and collaborative notes framework.”
