Symphony Acquires Proteans Software Solns

Symphony Service Corp is to acquire Proteans Software Solutions, a Bangalore based Outsourced Product Development (OPD) player that provides software engineering services to ISVs, SaaS companies, internet businesses and R&D organisations of global companies.
