Sundaram Infotech Solutions Ltd, (SISL), the IT arm of Sundaram Finance said that it would target Australian market and has already opened an office in Melbourne.
The company will specifically target medium enterprises in the automotive and construction verticals as well as mid-sized Australian companies with its software service offerings in platforms like dot net, java and similar web technologies.
It also expects to explore opportunities in the ERP (enterprise resource planning) training space in Australia.
“The Sundaram Finance Group has a successful track record in Australia, with its BPO arm, Sundaram Business Services (SBS), having made steady progress there in the last two-three years,” Sundaram Infotech CEO Srinivas Acharya said.
“We believe that the ERP and IT services outsourcing market holds a lot of potential and are confident that, in the coming years, we will be able to establish a strong presence in the Aussie market,” he added.
Sundaram Infotech focuses on development and implementation of software products and implementation of Microsoft business solutions.
