Subex Azure, the revenue maximization solutions vendors for telecom operators has announced plans to acquire OSS (Operations Support Software) solutions provider Syndesis for an estimated sum of $164.5 million.
Once completed, the acquisition will enable Subex Azure to become one of the prominent vendors of telecom OSS solutions.
“Subex Azure’s success of the last few years, as we grew to be one of the leaders in the Revenue Maximization solution segment, is driven by our strategy to offer a portfolio of software solutions that helps telecom operators gain competitive advantage,” said Subash Menon, chairman, managing director and CEO, Subex Azure.

Upon completion Syndesis will become a part of Subex Azure Limited. The expanded Subex Azure will then reorganize itself into three distinct Strategic Business Units (SBUs) viz.
