The current Syndesis business will form the second SBU and will operate as an independent revenue center focusing on product development and delivery.

According to a recent report by OSS Observer, the total market for the combination of Fraud & Revenue Assurance, Interconnect, Service Assurance and Service Fulfillment solution segments stood at $ 2.5 billion in 2006.
