Steria, Neology Partner To Bring RFID Solutions To India

Steria, a European provider of IT-enabled business services, and Neology, a Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) technology solution provider, have announced a partnership to develop and deliver RFID solutions to the Indian market. Steria and Neology will focus on developing RFID technologies for various areas where secure & reliable identification is a key requirement. This includes transportation, vehicle registration, vehicle and people identification, healthcare and other areas.

Neology has a track record developing end-to-end RFID solutions including integrated circuit design, device development, software integration and field installation to improve public safety, healthcare and supply chain management around the world. Steria has international experience carrying out successful IT deployments for border and passport control, electronic toll collection, traffic management, vehicle registration and healthcare.

The combination of Neology’s RFID technology integrated with IT services from Steria, will bring to India business solutions in the areas of identification - for people, automobiles, and pharmaceuticals amongst others.
