Sons India Software, a consulting and IT services provider, has been awarded a contract to implement SAP Business All-in-One solutions for Dodalla Dairy and Farm Products, a dairy processor based in India. The solution will automate and integrate key business processes across the company, speeding workflow, improving quality, and lowering costs.
“Managing our supply – especially procurement and pricing – is a complex process that will now be greatly simplified. Stand-alone processes will be integrated for the first time, and we will be able to monitor product quality at multiple points during procurement and production, enabling us to deliver fresh quality products to customers at lower costs,” said Vishnu Vardhan, managing director, Dodalla Dairy and Farm Products.
“We selected Sons India Software for their SAP credentials, domain knowledge, and their ability to deliver a cost-effective solution in less time. Sons India Software also demonstrated good partnership abilities – especially to an SMB like ours – and their successful Proof-of-Concept demonstration means lower risk and faster deployment,” he added.
Sons India Software’s solution is based on SAP (R: 28.26, -1.5492, -5.2 percent) Business All-in-One, along with SAP’s Best Practices, and offers end-to-end business process integration across financial accounting, materials management, quality management, milk processing, milk procurement, sales and distribution and plant maintenance. Once implemented, the solution will streamline procurement and accounting, ensure that returnable packaging is tracked, and provide complete information about the availability of products at different locations.
“Sons India Software understands the business challenges faced by Dodalla Dairy and Farm Products, and will deliver a solution to transform their entire Procurement-to-Sales process,” said Pavan Harishha, global head, SAP and Managed Testing Practices at Sons India Software. “Decision makers at Dodalla will have much faster access to more – and more accurate – information from across their enterprise, resulting in improved operational efficiency and effectiveness,” he added.
